Richtlinien für das integrierte Managementsystem von Mertsom
Für die Entwicklung der von uns, der MERTSOM SOMUN, implementierten Managementsysteme, für die Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens und für unsere Erzielung höherer Ziele, wurden folgende Richtlinien als Richtlinien unseres Unternehmens festgelegt:
· Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und Mitarbeiter im Vordergrund halten.
· Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und technischen Vorschriften bezüglich alle unsere Aktivitäten und Erfüllung sonstiger geltender Anforderungen.
· Ein kundenorientiertes Unternehmen sein.
· Die Erfüllung der Erwartungen der beteiligten Parteien.
· Die Bereitstellung jeglicher Arten von Infrastruktur- und Unterstützungsdiensten, damit die Dienstleistungen unserer Kunden, die einen wichtigen Platz in der Wirtschaft des Landes innehalten, nicht beeinträchtigt werden.
· Die Aufrechterhaltung der Qualität und Kontinuität der Dienstleistungen mit dem Grundsatz des Umweltschutzes, des Arbeitsschutzes und der Sicherheit indem die technologischen Entwicklungen genau verfolgt werden.
· Die Gewährleistung der kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung unseres Personals.
· Die Gewährleistung eines gesunden und sicheren Arbeitsumfelds für unsere Mitarbeiter, um Gesundheitsschäden und Verletzungen vorzubeugen.
· Die Umweltverschmutzung zu verhindern, die Natur zu schützen.
· Die Vermeidung von Unfällen und Zwischenfällen, die in unserem Unternehmen auftreten könnten.
· Die Gewährleistung unserer Entwicklung in Übereinstimmung mit den sich entwickelnden Technologien und Bedingungen durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung unseres Managementsystems für Qualität, Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz.

As Mertsom Somun Sanayi A.Ş., we work to ensure that social responsibility principles are a priority for our management, employees and all our stakeholders.
Mertsom Somun Sanayi A.Ş. considers acting with social responsibility awareness in all its activities as one of the fundamental and unchanging elements of its management philosophy, as part of its core values and principles.

We respect human rights. We oppose forced labour and discrimination. We treat everyone equally and fairly. We are sensitive to the traditions, customs and cultures of the region we operate in, and we act in accordance with all legal regulations.
We do not accept discrimination among employees based on language, race, colour, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, or similar reasons.

Mertsom Somun employs its staff based on their ability to perform their duties; it does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, social group, colour, disability, union membership, political opinion, origin, religion, age, or pregnancy. Our company has established and maintains a system for collecting employee complaints and suggestions.
5. Responsibility and Supplier Management
Mertsom Somun will encourage all its business partners to comply with this policy and may impose sanctions in this regard.
4. Environmental Responsibility and Sustainability
As Mertsom Somun, we manage the environmental impact of all our activities with a sense of responsibility. Environmentally friendly policies and standards have been established to prevent environmental pollution and protect nature, and our employees have been made aware of these issues.
Mertsom Somun aims for continuous improvement through an effective environmental management system by providing the necessary technical, financial, and human resources to achieve its environmental principles and objectives at every stage of raw material selection, production, and service activities. Our company has an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System in place.
